How it works

Device A: "Start a transfer session" — shows an offer QR and turns its camera on.
Device B: "Join a session" — scans A's QR and shows an answer QR.
Device A scans B's answer. When the data channel opens, both sides can send files.

Privacy

Files travel directly between the two browsers over a DTLS-encrypted data channel; nothing is uploaded to a server. The offer and answer contain your network candidates (IP addresses). No TURN relay is configured yet, so networks that block direct connections will not connect.
